A link for users?

So, I’m taking over a website for a client. The previous web person somehow made a page out of the information on their users page.

So basically it brings up a short bio, and links to posts that were made.

I installed a new theme an I’m trying to do the same thing, but I have no idea how to link a users page. I want their users info to come up, because it has links to blog posts that they’ve written.
