    I have an issue doing profile picture imports, let alone cover images. I have image URLS, on an s3 bucket, as well as email addressess and user names. How can I import this – it seems that the plugin crashes when I try to use user_name,user_email,bp_avatar, csv.

    Can you please provide a little more detail on how the plugin processes images, or how I can improve my csv?

    Which plugin are you using to upload custom avatars? The default WordPress core does not allow to do it, so it depends on it.

    I am using Youzify+BuddyPress and trying to import BuddyPress fields using the Import/Export Customers & Users plugin.

    BuddyPress/BuddyBoss avatar	You can import users avatars using a column called bp_avatar, in this field you can place:
An integer which identify the ID of an attachment uploaded to your media library
A string that contain a path or an URL to the image

    Happy to continue here – I just wanted to chat privately too.

    I am using the plugin, and the lines are like so:
    lulu,l******ll@b********f.***,//s3.amazonaws.com/**********/*****.jpg

    I get a critical error when I use import function in the plugin – which is why I am here for support.
