A LOT of False Positives | How to Access Older Logs

    Hi guys,

    We’ve been using CleanTalk Anti-Spam plugin for a while, and have just noticed that it is stopping a lot of spam but also a LOT of legitimate contact form submissions.

    Can you please let us know:

    1. How do we view (and interact with, to mark as “Not spam”) older logs? (As it seems like only the last 7 days are visible.)
    2. How can we adjust the anti-spam aggressiveness to turn it down a bit so we do not get so many legitimate emails being marked as spam?
