A member is missing after creating a new account

    After a member created a new account, the user disappeared from the member list on the forum, but found in the Ultimate member list?

    I think the User Registration form is not compatible with wpForo. Try to use wpForo registration form or call this URL in dashboard to synchronize members with forum.

    Login to Dashboard and put this address in browser address bar. Change the example.com to your wordpress URL before using it:

    example.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=wpforo-community&action=synch
