A minimum amount field

Very useful plugin! But you can improve it by adding at list one new field to the ?New Pay To Post rule” form: Minimum Amount. In this way the site admin will be able to set a reduced price for some post types and/or for some user roles if users will pay a required minimum amount.
And, maybe, an other (drop-down) field can be Categories, so the site owner could charge only posts from some categories, but the first one I think is more important.
