• I have been using the Pro version of this plugin for a month and I have never spent my money worse. The plugin is full of bugs and although the assistance has always responded to my emails, it is useless because they solve a problem and create two more. Every time I try to use the tooltips or the glossary I find new errors. This is because they don’t test plugin updates and use customers as testers. After the fourth version and many emails, the glossary still does not work well and I are unable to use it properly.
    Before I kept insisting you couldn’t even have the tooltips with the text centered. Don’t spend your money on this plugin, you will have assistance that responds but it doesn’t help anyway. I have lost whole days to email him and send screenshots to no avail. They continue to bless you and your family, but the only right blessing would be that they did their job well.

    Just like we said tooltip text center was only support tooltip title, after get your report, we have released new version to support text center support tooltip content and tooltip title too ??

    We always test our plugin, before we released it, we get Tons of feature request, all our work is based on user’s suggestion, all users hope tooltip plugin works like what they want, some users like this way and some users like that way, we do collect all user’s suggestion and improve our plugin step by step, that is not means we do not test, we do test our plugin many times, before release it ??

    Also we do bless our client and thanks our client, also we tried our best to help our client, as you known, we do re-develop our plugin to help you based on your report, that’s why we release new versions very fast, in last month, more than 11 versions released, based on user’s request ??

    Oh, forget to say, thanks for your report again, that make our tooltip plugin better and better for users ??

    are you joking? If you have made 11 versions in such a short time it is not because you are attentive to customers, but only because your plugin is full of bugs and customers report it !! The reports I sent are not “feature requests” as you insist, but plugin errors. I just now tried using the glossary and guess what? Other bugs after your last update about glossary pages… You insert new features for glossary pagination: if I select for example the letter “A”, the glossary will show the words that begin with “A” only on the page you are on (e.g. 1) and not all the words beginning with “A” in whole glossary. In your opinion, when a site user select the “A” letter in the alphabetic bar wants to see only the words in one glossary page or ALL those that begin with “A”? Maybe you made another mistake.
    When you entered the search function in the glossary without button to reset it, after a search it was impossible to go back to the glossary and it didn’t even work by refresh page. In a minute you can detect this bug, of course if you test the plugin before. Was this a bug or my request for new features?
    I bought the plugin a month ago and every time I used it I found errors and after every update it took a few seconds to find new ones related to previous report. If you worked seriously with a simple test you would fix these errors BEFORE publishing the update. If you want I can insert here the list of many bugs that I found in just a month after your updates, so other pro and free customers can see that you use them as a tester.
    If your company is professional, you would give back the money spent and do a real master revision of your plugin to release an important update after a detailed test. But if you insist on not admitting mistakes, talking to you is useless.

    You do have many feature request, you want “go back” to “cancel the previous search”, we have no this feature, this is not bug, we said thank you, that’s great feature request and god bless you, and we realize it for you asap we can, we added a reset button in glossary search bar.

    You submit your feature request with one simple word, all your feature request has been realized asap we can. Then you said it is not what you want, we fix it with hours, just like we reported you “Thanks for the feedback, sorry for any miss-understand, now we understand what you mean, our developer lost his sleep(it is our middle-night 02:30 here) to develop a new version for you”

    We do released 11 versions in last month, nearly 3 days a new version, in glossary page, added paginate navigation links, we have no this feature, it it not a bug, we added reset button for glossary search bar, we have no this feature, it is not a bug, we added default values for help users who first time to install tooltips pro plugin, to make the life more easier, it is not a bug, we have no this feature… and more

    By the way, about “we do bless our client and thanks our client”, it should be “we do say bless to our client and thanks our client”, sorry, this is a real bug, we have no time to write, because we are in a very difficult situation, in last days, we lost all sleep, because of something unexpected, we still try our best to help our client, although we have no time to sleep, we just know, no matter what happen, we fighting for the right things, because we are human beings, we are no animals, as human beings, we trust this with thousands years in this round. Please check back your mail tickets, there are many negative words. We just replied thank you and god bless you, if you think all these is bug and we should not to do this, return these bless to us, we need, all peoples in this moment need it, return it to us, and do anything you want, no problem. ??
