a month and still no resolution to support ticket?

    hi,

    it’s been a month a month and still no resolution to my support ticket. i’ve been unable to use the gallery on my 2nd website since i upgraded. tags are still not working yet they work fine on the original website. waiting a month for a solution is unacceptable. i can’t get a reply to my support ticket or email.
