A mountain of hassle with reinstall
-
I’d only just launched my WordPress website last week when the entire public_html directory got deleted. Since the DB was still in place, my hosing service suggested a reinstall and go from there.
So I did that and started a hard reinstal to map to the existing DB. Right at the finish I got a message that WP was already installed.
Now I’ve got all kinds of hassles and an error log as long as your arm. Theme and Plugin editors return this message:
Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 33554432 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 64 bytes) in /home/clueyco/public_html/copywriter/wp-admin/includes/misc.php on line 286I’ve also got problems with Next Gen Gallery rendering images, creating thumbnails and making thumbnails stick.
Another plugin Simple Social is installed and active but just wont work. And when I check the settings there’s just a bunch of ticked boxes but no text or images.
Heelllp! Is there anyone out there who might know
