A must for multi-author WP managing videos

This plugin is a must if you have a WordPress site with multiple authors/contributors that need to include their own videos in their posts, and you want all of the videos in the same channel.
The users can upload and manage themselves their videos and embed them on a post, WITHOUT LEAVING THE WORDPRESS ADMIN PAGE! And even better, without introducing new user/pass combination nor sharing the same user for the common youtube account!
In my school website this plugin was like a breath of fresh air!
