    I use the plugin for two things :

    • Redirect any 404 to a “sitemap + search” page
    • Check the plugin list of 404 errors and add some 301 redirections – via “Redirection” plugin.

    It works great and should be part of your list of best plugins, especially if you manage/monitor several sites.

    @jdembowski thanks for clarifying, I hope you noticed I was trying to illustrate my review content with an example, and not aiming for a back link to boost that website…

    I admit I had not read the forum guidelines – and I am still a bit confused since WP provides us with an editor in here (forums). So I now guess you assumed I was #spamming , which is too bad.
