    A new form or a duplicate form will submit anymore. When hitting the submit button nothing happens at all. An existing form works fine. Only new ones don’t work.

    Thank you for confirming that. We’re sorry for the trouble.
    This problem might be a conflict with another plugin on your website. Do you recall installing a plugin or changing an option in your theme lately?
    Please try to deactivate the rest of your plugins and try to submit the form again.
    Also, if possible, please temporarily switch the theme of your website and see if the issue occurs.
    You can re-activate the plugins and change the theme back again after troubleshooting.
    Please inform us of the results.

    I isolated the incompatibility problem to the plugin YITH Donations for WooCommerce (https://yithemes.com/themes/plugins/yith-donations-for-woocommerce/). This plugin was installed a while ago version 1.3.0. The new version is 1.8. I will check if updating the version makes the problem go away. For now I disable the YITH Donations for WooCommerce plugin since it is not currently used for this web-site. When that plugin is disabled your plugin is working fine.
