A new recipe keeps refreshing

    Hi

    I have installed the plugin, but cannot create a recipe. A new recipe keeps refreshing, not allowing a specific instruction to be created.

    I disabled ALL OTHER PLUGINS BUT Uncanny Automator. New recipe still keeps refreshing…

    Please help.

    Hi @itelltao , sorry to hear about the issue.

    Automator reloads the recipe wizard any time we see an AJAX or REST call that returns a 403 permissions error. Have a look at your browser console (right-click, choose Inspect, look at the browser console tab). See if the errors there give you clues.

    Maybe at the host level they have some type of security system in place that’s blocking our calls? Or can you think of any reason that Ajax and REST calls might be blocked on your site?

    We haven’t heard anything further and Friday’s update prevents uploads in the case of 403s, so I’m going to go ahead and close this ticket. Let us know if you’re still having issues though.
