    hi

I have created a page after installing your app and setting up google analytics with it. That page visits are not tracked unless they also have some additional symbols after the slash in the end.

I have tested in various ways and that page is a lander for many domains, so gets lots of traffic, but nothing registers (((

If this cannot be resolved, will remove your plugin and install google analytics directly. A pity, because was looking forward to getting your PRO version.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

I uninstalled the plugin and installed google analytics directly via header.php

    result:

    – in 4 days with your plugin 128 visitors, zero to the specified page.
    – half a day without your plugin directly google analytics: 160 visitors, 125 to the specified page.

And of course no garbage inserts to html everywhere from your plugin.

    Hi,

Sorry for the inconvenience, after installing the plugin if you are not using the ga-tracking code on your site already it is required to enable the tracking code option form within Analytify settings.

If you don’t enable that option, nothing will track.

The second thing to make sure is the profile you select for dashboard and posts is the correct one and corresponds to your current site as here.

Also, please let me know about the symbols after the slash you are referring to, we never faced such an issue before.

    Looking forward.
