A Plugin for Paying Monthly Property Rent

    Hi,

    I am looking for a WordPress plugin that a tenant in an apartment complex can signup. An admin can set up variables of their apartment and rent and the tenant can pay their rent online via paypal and/or authorize.net. It would be great if the Plugin could show rental payments and history and be tied to the tenants login, also having the ability to set up fee for late payments.

    Does anyone know of a WordPress Plugin that can do this?
