A Plugin for Users to Post Adds

Hi. I have a website where I am hoping for users to be able to post their own adverts looking for other people to comment and contact one another. I am currently using Ultimate Member for the membership to the site and then User Submitted Posts for the ability for those members to add their own adverts but I was wondering if anybody had suggestions for some better plugins? Basically I want the ads to be only visible on one page of the site and then a search feature for people to be able to drill down into different ads. The membership section I want to be completely free and for users to have profiles and the ability to contact one another. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
