A plugin similar to a forum, anyone?

I have tried every single forum and I had no good outcome. The one that worked, Simple:press was poping up on the header and on the page at the same time?

I need something like answers.yahoo.com for my website, we are a non-profit and we will be answering questions for people. If you know of some kind of plug in that can be used like this please let me know.

I mean I download it and everything and the forum, out of everything doesn’t show up! It’s annoying because I tried it in two diff themes.

Can you elaborate more? In what way does it not show up? Do you get 404 errors?

Always a good idea to test in the default themes as well as problems like this are very frequently caused by a theme conflict.

I switched to synthetik to see if it worked and nothing. The pages are blank, I don’t even get a 404 error. Its all white
