• They should let people know on their website that it will be connected to their platform. I don’t need your platform. I can use my own wordpress. You are cheated your customers. A poor communication. I am not sure the number they posted on their website is real or fake. Do not buy in!

    Did they ever issue your refund? I recently “upgraded” to get premium features for the Social Feed plugin, and the plugin stopped working properly after that. The free version actually worked better than the paid one. Their response time on tickets is slow to non-existent and I am teetering on requesting a refund, just curious if they actually issued one to you or checked out completely from your request?
