A problem in the interface between WP FORMS and MAKE

Sorry @shaygen , There was an issue in earlier versions where we didn’t distinguish between the “value” of a field being passed and the “label”, so the text string users would see. In 5.0, we needed to clarify this with a “Label” token option for the form fields.

Sorry about this, but can you go back to your token list and, for affect fields, look for a “Label” variation of the same token? Can you try switching the token and then retest?

I switched to label but it worked only for some of the fields. Some fields are still giving empty response.
I think that in any case there is a comma in the text, the interface does not work and everything remains blank

In that case, can you send us a screenshot of the edit recipe page with all details expanded (so we can see tokens), a sample of an input value, confirmation of the field type in the form, then confirmation of which tokens in the recipe are failing for you?

HI @shaygen , we did see them, but we’re not sure about the input. I think https://imgbb.com/F63dTsJ shows the form in the front end and maybe you mean the common in the first 2 fields, but what are those field types (on the edit form page)?

Perhaps you could add a second action too where you send the values of the tokens to yourself via email. If you try submitting the form again, do all values get sent to you for tokens in the email?

The change we made that seemed to affect you in the first comment should have only been related to output values–not somehow making things blank. The blank values seem like a different issue that we haven’t seen.

Okay, so it seems like the problem you’re having is somehow limited to the webhook action. It’s not something we can reproduce ourselves.

What we would ideally like to do is have a second webhook action that sends complete records to webhook.site so we can see if the problem is on the Make side and how it’s parsing data from you. Can you try that, so a new webhook action that basically copies what you send to Make, but to a webhook.site URL, then provide a screenshot so we can see whatit receives? Beyond that, next steps might require further discussion via our website.

It seems that the problem is related to the plugin because it returns an empty result in all interfaces.
It seems to me that the places where it returns an empty answer is when there is a comma in the data.
Does that make sense?

Thanks for your patience. Based on your feedback we were able to identify an issue, and one of our developers spent most of the day fixing it. We do have a patch ready now, but it has not gone through internal QA yet. Moreover, it’s a holiday weekend here, so we won’t be able to package it for you until Tuesday, but we will have it ready for your validation then.
