    A product is missing a field: google_product_category for facebook feed again. How to resolve it?

    Did you make sure to map all your categories on the category taxonomy mapping page?

    Hi,

    I also have the same problem with Facebook feed. I mapped all my product categories to the category mapping page (784 – Media > Books). However, Facebook catalogue manager still gives warning of “A product is missing a field: google_product_category for facebook” for all the products.

    I downloaded the XML file from the Product Feed Pro dash board. The XML file was also missing the google product category for Facebook. I refresh the product feed manually, again and again, but no google product category shows up in the XML file.

    Just checking: are you both on the latest version of the plugin? A couple of releases ago we fixed a related issue.

    Myat: would you be so kind as to send us the plugin debug.log so we can see how you have configured your product feed? Instructions on how to retrieve the debug.log can be found here: https://adtribes.io/send-your-debug-log-to-support/

    First of all, thanks for your extremely quick response!!!

    I have latest version of plug in installed (just updated today).

    As advised, I have sent the log file to the support email. Hope it helps.

    I always update this plugin and have the newest version.. It not the first time you asking me to update this plugin, because something is missing. There is some problem with updates that after some time plugin just stop working?
