A Product with addon pricing options?

Hello,

Im having an issue with a product I’m working on, this product has several options as you can see from the link and wordpress cant generate all those options as it just ends of freezing and doesn’t go anywhere.

So my question is really is there a plugin or an option to just adjust the price depending on what option they pick and have it not be a variable product, like the example I wanted to add insurance for +$25 it’s not a variable product its just an extra option does that make sense?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
