A rate question

First of all, fantastic plug-in. Thank you very much.

I was just looking for some tips.

I am using this to setup lettermail postage with Canada Post. The rates are setup through Canada post as 100-200g, 200-300g for example. How would you suggest setting up these ‘ranges’? I now I can set up to a max weight, but for for it to be accurate, I would ideally need to setup these ranges.

Also, Canada Post also has an ‘international rate’ (based on the weights above) that applies to all countries outside of the US or Canada. Is there a way to simplify setting this up other than manually entering every country outside of the US and Canada into into a country group?
