    I have been developing my own web site for a while. Approximately 2 months ago, after making some deep explorations and comparing one with another, I decided to buy Astra Pro theme.

    Presenting a rich set of tools for designing an online store, Astra Pro theme is highly user friendly and elegant.

    Although I am also an IT Personnel this is my first time to design a professional online store in WordPress environment. It looked really frightening and discouraging at the start to see the deeply interconnected and highly fragile wordpress development system. But I felt I could get help when getting blocked.

    Approximately 2 weeks ago, I had trouble with my shop page. The pagination didn’t work correctly. I reported the issue to Astra Customer Care Team. In 2 weeks’time, Astra engineers detected the issue causing pagination to collapse. It was a jetpack setting interfering and barring theme pagination to work. Now everything is fine with the site.

    I really appreciate Astra Customer Care Team members’ fast and kind approaches to solve the issue .
