A really well coded theme

  • Somebody can offer me some help please. I have been looking for some weeks now but cannot find anything to my liking. I need a theme which can be used as a portfolio and e-commerce at the same time. Preferably not woocommerce ready since I use a totally different cart and might getting conflicts.

    Can be minimalist and I don’t want something with tons of features since that will only bloat the theme, therefore, nothing from themeforest and the sorts. Also I would like to stay away from the theme farms, in other words companies which sell 20 themes.

    And as the title says really well coded theme and fast.

    Any help would be really appreciated thanks.
