A Reason not Purchasing a Service

Hello, for some reason, the Free Key is not accepted to activate Post & Build plugin. And of course, no way to email anyone to ask a basic question.
Usually I do avoid services that don’t offer email support, at least a basic support. Don’t like to be stuck in a loop, no one does, and feel enforced that I have to pay, not a bad price $5 a month, so I can ask a question that should had been answered without being enforced to pay for the service.
Yet thank you for the other site, I was able to utilize your plugin, a problem solver when I was creating a text-box, the only plugin that worked. Yet, I will figure out something else.
But not paying, nor installing your plugin for no “Contact” I can communicate with. Kind of reminds me of the experience with phone calls, 4-6 times you call, and by then, already lost the mojo to focus on problem solving, and psychologically becomes an emotional personal issue; like now.
I am sure there are different customer or potential customer types; I usually end up paying the bill with a service that did communicate with me, and felt that there was a support when I got stagnated by a step, and not wanting to lose a day solving it.
