a removed plugin affects the load page according to p3

Hi, mi problem is so bad. a plugin called ultimate vc addons that i removed 2 weeks ago affects the load of my page. The plugin is no longer exist, but the p3 profiler shows me that plugin and i don’t know how to remove it from the database. Can help me with that?
