In spite the fact that I was not a paying customer yet, I got a zoom call with a pro who did not only explain patiently the complexity of the plugin UI but also in the process helped me to understand that I might need to rethink my strategy. Going the extra mile to look into special needs and offering a second call to come up with customized solutions was the final drop in the barrel to make me write a review (usually I do not have time for this). Software Engineer Harsh Chidrewar redefined the word pre-sales support in a way where some of the other plugin-companies (I think here of a form software which was several hundred dollars expense for me) can only dream of.
miniOrange has clearly understood the meaning of the word CUSTOMER JOURNEY and is living up to it. Five stars plus one extra star for them!
