After I get locked in my site, when I try to send unlock email, it shows this message “このサイトで重大なエラーが発生しました” Translation: “A serious error has occurred on this site.”

I have installed “Error log monitor” plugin to see if there is any php error, but I do not see anything there.

Please help me to figure out why this is happening.

    Thank you.

Hi @iamfaysal, thanks for getting in touch.

It can be hard to say without error logs what may be happening as it could be an issue with another plugin or your theme. If you or your host can get hold of the PHP/server error logs I’m sure they’ll show a PHP Fatal Error at the time you get the more “friendly” error in your browser. If you can obtain that and paste it here, I may be able to assist further.

So that you don’t have to wait for the block on your account to be lifted, another check you could do is disable all plugins except for Wordfence by appending “_bak” to the end of the folders in /wp-content/plugins/wordfence from your FTP or hosting file manager. If you’re able to click the unlock email link without error, that’s possibly good news for recovering access. Afterwards, rename the plugin folders back to their original names one-by-one to see if issues start to reoccur.

    Thanks,
    Peter.
