A slider on a WordPress website is not working when using Google Chrome

  • Hello !
    I have the updated CHROME browser, I’ve checked !
    Here’s the problem… A slider on a WordPress website is not working when using Google Chrome. The same slider on the same website it is working properly in Mozilla Firefox. The settings of the WP them is done correctly, the theme is TABLE, a free theme from Theme Junkie.

    When viewing in “Customize” tab (Appearance menu) of the theme settings the slider appear to work but after saving the slider cannot show any pictures. I’ve scaled down all the images hoping that this will help…. Nothing, no chance !

    What’s your advice ?

  • Assuming that the slider is part of your theme, I’m sorry but as you are using a non-WPORG theme, you need to seek support from the theme’s developers – paid or otherwise. We only support themes downloaded from www.ads-software.com here.

    – The browser is known as GREAT
    – I’m a freelancer and that is a non-profit work for an NGO

    The developer of the theme offer support just for the premium themes.
