A solid IDX with a couple of very nice features

  • A solid IDX with features any real estate professional can expect nowadays + a few nuggets. Users can add listings to their favorites, save searches and receive email alerts. A ton of information on areas with census demographics and other data. I was pleasantly surprised to see school names as I searched by location. It even draws the selected school’s attendance zone on the map and shows listings within it. I can definitely see people spending more time on my site using this tool
