A spam message is missed, not logged

    Hello, I have just received super.papralpa’s spam email, sent from contact form on the page mentioned below. The same was on October, 19. Both emails are not recorded in the log. Any advice how to protect the contact form?

    Thank you for your request.

    I’ve tested your contact form and my test is failed.

    Please, make sure that these options are enabled in settings of CleanTalk Plugin:

    1. Contact forms
    2. Custom contact forms
    3. Protect internal forms

    If they disabled, please enable it and save changes of plugin settings.

    Write back if the problem persists.

    Thank you, it’s my fault, the contact forms protection was disabled ?? I don’t remember why so. If I get any other spam email, I’ll write back. Thank you once again.
