A step above the rest

It took me a while to figure out how to put the contact form into my posts, because I use a module builder in WP, and it doesn’t insert into a text box in the module. For future reference, if you use the HTML link and add it in the post, it works beautifully. BEST free contact form plug in, and I tried several. Most of the other plugins you have to pay to use certain elements, and they don’t look as nice either. Very well constructed, but I did notice quite a few updates.

Customer service was very prompt and helpful, although they needed access to access my website admin. I created a temporary account for them without full access so they could troubleshoot the problem.

For the future, maybe make the html code more readily available to input into a post instead of the button. I’ve used several plugins that do it that way, and it works pretty well.
