    Hi,

We’re using woocommerce & stripe for the events calendar plugin and when i go to test the checkout, the stripe card details section is empty and just says <!– a Stripe Element will be inserted here. –>

I’ve checked my SSL, all plugins are up to date and test keys are enabled

    Hello,

If Stripe is not working as expected on the checkout page and the SSL certificate is valid you can perform a conflict test to determine the cause of the issue.

It will help you to find the cause of the problem (Be sure your plugins are updated) – https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/how-to-test-for-conflicts/

If it is not possible to run the test on the site you can then use this plugin WP Staging for quickly spinning up a new test site so that you will not have to touch the production site.

Let us know how it goes.

    Hi @ihereira

Thank you! Found out the theme built by my predecessor was calling JQuery in the head and not the footer! All working now!

    Thank you!

    Glad to hear that.

If you have any further questions, I recommend creating a new thread, since this one is tagged already as resolved.

    Best.
