Sorry for the inconvenience, The AMP form scripts is not loading on your end and due to that you are having this error, Will you please add this code in HTML in head section in advance settings on our AMP panel and your issue will get fixed.

Applied, refreshed cache. Viewed source, can see the script call. Went into the Google console to validate and got the same error. The AMP page renders properly, the form works and submits properly, but Google still doesnt like it.

Any other suggestions?

Nm I think this is fixed now. Waiting on validation from G console.

I have checked the issue again and found that the double quotes are not correct and due to that the error is appearing, Will you please add them properly and your error will be resolved.
