A theme or plugin compatibility issue

  • Hi i’m getting this error when trying to upload profile and cover foto
    “A theme or plugin compatibility issue”
    I’m using SiteOrigin vantage premium theme on wp 4.4.1 multisite, before update to 4.4.1 it wasn’t working either..
    It looks like it’s uploading the image file but at the end it gives the error message. When i try to upload a file that’s to big it doesn’t give the error but says it’s to big…
    For the rest perfect plugin but would like to get that image thing working to….

    thanks for your reply!
    Did a plugin check, no results, no theme check because I have another wp site with the same theme (vantage premium), on the same server and almost the same plugins.
    installed ultimate members there for testing and it worked just fine. can it be because the https://villabussola.eu site is on a wp multisite?

    Just tried again and found the plugin conflict.
    It’s tribulant newsletter plugin that’s causing the problem of not being able to upload images to profile pic and cover pic…

    Ok, please contact that plugin developer and see if they will make it compatible with ours.
