A theme that suits me; great customer support.

I started off with the expert theme. Unfortunately it didn’t work for me. Web-Dorado support was consistent throughout, but one can only do so much. In we end, we decided to move me to Sauron, which works like a charm…for me. I had a few minor issues which support speedily resolved. I now have a customized Sauron. My take away is that if you want to tweak your standard web-Dorado theme, beyond your skill set or the available standard settings, then request support…explain as clearly as possible what you want done. You’ll be pleasantly surprised by what they can come up with. Anyway, it’s worked for me.
