  • I made a mistake and purchased the wrong plugin, so I suggested to the plugin developer to convert my zanox plugin into an Affiliatewindow plugin ( in reality my feeds are on Awin, wic use to be called zanox and is now part of Affiliatewindow… ).

    I had to send multiple emails to get an answer, and the answer was that I should have purchased the Affiliatewindow plugin.

    The experience led me to the conclusion that the developer only is interested into making money instead of recognizing unclear namings and building a strong customer base.

    The plugin is based around Tradetracker and free to use.

    I’m indeed not looking for a customer base, I build this plugin as a free plugin so that people can have Tradetracker feeds on their website without ever having to give me any money.

    The extra add-ons were requests from other people that wanted to have those networks available on this plugin. There is a lot of work needed to make sure feeds from other networks work. Which is why those are sold for a very minimal amount.

    Each requested add-on, came with a coupon for the person that requested them the first time. I made sure that they have the same name as the network they are for. Which means that the Affiliatewindow network has their own add-on called Awin/Affiliatewindow.

    I still support the add-ons each time a feed doesn’t work on them. Which was also the main things you reached out to me for. I adjusted the Awin/Affiliatewindow addon to make sure it supported the layout for your specific feed from Awin.
