    Hi,

The recipe starts running but cannot execute another trigger, which is checking the user’s score, so the recipe has the “In progress” status and cannot complete the second trigger,

You can see in the screenshot below that the first trigger is exactly the completion of the quiz, which means that I have already completed the quiz, but somehow another trigger that captures the score is all the time “In progress” and cannot complete the whole recipe even though I received less than 100% score from the quiz.

I use MemberPress Courses plugin for quizes

    Hi @tomstan ,

It looks like our team is working on this via our Help Desk right now. Based on internal notes from our team today, we haven’t been able to replicate this and it is working as expected in internal environments; see https://cln.sh/1bnbRjl6.

While it is with our developers for review, maybe you could update the Help Desk ticket with a system report from Automator > Status; it would be useful to see your MemberPress and other versions.

We did see the earlier updated that you suspected an issue with MemberPress Courses. Maybe you can also tell us more about why you suspected that might be involved.

    Hi,

    Thank you for your response.

Have you tested it many times? Because this does not happen every time, sometimes the recipe was completed 2 or 3 times and only on the next try it stopped working.

I will send my status report to Help Desk right now.

I suspected an issue with MemberPress Courses because there is a list of courses with attempts in the user info > Course information section, which did not update straight on. I thought this might be the issue, but the score eventually appeared, so that’s why I decided it wasn’t it.

I created this recipe in a different way, and now it triggers every time which is good, but there is also an issue with capturing the proper score.
I got a score of 40%, but the recipe marked the course as completed.
Each time it marks the course as completed, regardless of the result.
