A very useful plugin to keep things under control!

Handy plugin – no need to go back to delete a temp support admin login you make for XYZ or worse – forget to delete or change the role, which makes it a security risk. This saves time and hassles.

Of course if you need to be granular as to what a support person can see or do on your site then you need a solution like Admin Menu Editor Pro where you can hide plugins, control nav and admin bar visibility of items, fine-tune access control etc for complex sites or ecom sites for data security, privacy, minimize risk a support person damages something and so forth.

But for general sites most have and esp while building a new one this is awesome.
