a votin plugin with uploading files

  • I am still learning how to use WP, but someone asked me something and i have no idea how to implement it, or how to find a suitable plugin for the task.

    I should have a page where people anonymously upload a pdf, for a votation, that must shutdowns itself after 48 hours.

    This is the main thing.. I don’t know how if there is a plugin able to do something like this already.

    (*A plus would be how to not allow to receive two pdf from the same user, but user are not registered and the vote is anonymous*)
