A Waste of Time and Money

I used this plug-in previously a couple years back, and although there were some issues, there was no problem getting assistance from support. However, this time around, it has been a complete waste of time and money. I purchased the new API version on 10/15/2021. Immediately there was an issue because I never received the product. Not an activation code, a download…. nothing. I received an email verifying the purchase, so I know the transaction did process. That same night, I submitted a support ticket and provided all the details from my receipt. I did notice there was a notation stating it could take 3-5 days and they do not work on the weekend. Since it was Friday night, I knew I would not hear from them until the following week. I waited until the end of the week and sent a message through my support ticket. Today is 10/27/2021, it has been 2 weeks and I have not received one response, nor the product I purchased. At this point and judging from the previous reviews, this seem more like a scam. I’m at the point, where I will have to file a dispute with my bank in an attempt to retrieve my money back. My best advice to everyone considering this plug-in, STAY AWAY! It is a complete waste of your time and money.
