A way to enqueue wordpress plugins

    Is there a way to enqueue the plug-ins loading, or to manually set a kind of load-hierarchy like wp’s offered functions for scripts and css ?

    My aim is to delay the load of a particular plug-in, thus it starts loading at the end, or after the page has been loaded, or just before javascript’s loading !

    Performance-wise, few plug-ins don’t need to be loaded just from the start!
