A way to upload documents for customers, so they can view and download

Hi,

i need to create a customer login area which i can do through different plugins. but i need more help. I am trying to create account area for customers.. where they can create account. our admins can upload specific pdf files for specific customers and only those customers can view and download it.
Do you know of any plugin or method that allow my clients to create account and from backend managers can upload requested documents in their account?
when a customer view file -it should show that -viewed- otherwise -new- something like that.
