A way to use a field that must match a phrase?

We want to protect a sign up page by first requiring a visitor to submit a one field form where they input a phrase that we give them. Once they input the proper phrase and hit submit, we receive an email notification and they are redirected to the sign up page.
Is this possible with Contact Form 7?
