Where did you get the theme from?

jose this happens with all my wordpres theme i dont think the present theme is the problem though i used mingle for the site

As Andrew said try deactivating all plugins. If you say it’s not theme related then it means a plugin is surely causing it.

i have deactivate all plugins to see if this is what causes it but it makes no difference.

1. Deactivate all plugins.
2. Revert back to the default theme ( Twenty Thirteen )
If that line is still there it means there is something wrong with your installation. If that is the case reinstalling may help. Using an FTP program you can do this easier. Remove all but the wp-content folders and install a fresh, clean copy of WordPress.

i have tried deactivating several times but this still persist and deactivating all plugins severally will disturbe visitors
