A-Z index of Categories

thanks for the plug-in. I have a large index of categories which each have a number of blog posts assigned to each category.

I just want to set up an a-z index just like this website (and I don’t want tags to show up either, only categories, as I have way too many tags): https://www.brainyquote.com/quotes/topics.html

But I have no idea how to do this with your plug-in as I’m a newbie, can you please help advise me? Is there an instructions link? I’m not even sure what your short-code is for the plug-in as I can’t see it anywhere when I click on the plugin in the WP admin dashboard.. (I can only see some CSS code when I go into it)

I also have sub-categories to some of the main categories, is it possible to show these with their categories somehow too or not? If so, how do I also do this?
