A-Z Listing conflicts with Ultimate Member plugin

  • Hi Admin,

    I have a technical conflict between A-Z Listing and Ultimate Member plugin. Before Ultimate Member plugin (I used other membership plugin), your A-Z worked smoothly, but now it shows critical error and displays registration page of Ultimate Member plugin.

    Please help me solve this critical problem.

    Hi,

    What does the error say? Are there any more details in your server’s Error Log file?

    How have you configured the A-Z Listing shortcode?

    Does the error occur on any page, or only the page with the shortcode?
