A -> Z order of course titles in Dashboard

Courses on the dashboard are currently only sorted by order of enrollment (which occurs somewhat randomly when auto-enrolled as the result of membership auto-enrollments).

I’ve been getting a lot of hate for this recently and am working on a set of options to allow customization of the dashboard sort order.

Please stay tuned for those options in a release later this week or early next.
