a3 Lazy Load & Its Effect on SEO and Image Indexing

Will your plugin Effect SEO or Prevent images from being Indexed into google images? Do you use a <noscript> Tag? I need to know more about the SEO aspect of things which is very important. Based on the reviews the plugin seems to be great to reduce page size and increase load speed but what are the effects for SEO which in my opinion is the most important thing.
