Hmmm…we haven’t had any other reports of issues with the subscription button. Can you try to create another one and see if you continue to have the same problem?

Also, please make sure logging is enabled in the plugin and then send me a copy of that log file after the re-try if it happens again.

    Hi There,

Yes, it keeps happening. It does not seem to want to specify the donation frequency or the switch is bad in the HTML code. I copied the log details and this was all I could get out of it:

    Details for /wp-content/uploads/paypal-wp-button-manager-logs/

    Query:

Not sure what else to do – is there a reason it is using the type:os0 and on0 instead of A3? I am not a coder so I am not even sure what I am talking about here.

    Thanks again

So the button is getting created successfully, but you get an error when trying to use it, right? That’s very odd the log wouldn’t show the API request and response details. That’s what we need to see.

Can you provide a video of the experience you’re having, by chance? Or at least tell me all of the exact steps you’re using to create the button so I can try to reproduce the problem?

Hi – I’m having the same issue. I submitted a ticket but haven’t heard back. I’ve tried to set this up multiple times, and I always receive the same error when I go to check out from the post:

    Error:
Invalid Regular period. You must specify valid values for the A3, P3, and T3 parameters for a subscription.

All of the fields (A3, P3, T3) are completed – with no special characters just in case they throw off the plugin – and I’ve checked the documentation provided to ensure I’m doing it correctly. So …. I’m not sure where to go from here!

Phew, I am glad I am not crazy :). I will try to make a screen cap of this process this weekend, but I don’t think I am doing anything outside of normal here.

Ok, we’ll certainly look into this and get whatever adjustments are necessary done. We’ve been focused on some of our other plugins lately, but we’re just about to release updates for those, and then we can focus on this one for another update.

Super – as you know I’m having the same issue – thanks for getting on to this, following so I know when it’s updated. Waiting to launch a few new sites and campaigns

    cheers

We’ll get to it ASAP. Still finishing updates on some of our other plugins for WooCommerce and then we’ll get to this.

Hi There – any update on this bug?

We’ve been working on it, but not having much luck. We’re sending everything correctly in the API, but it’s just not correctly setting it up in the button that was created, so we’ve been in touch with PayPal MTS about this and we’re working with them to get it resolved for good.
