aaa-wp-cerber.php and standard mode issue

Hi!
I am having problems with allowing “standard” mode. only legacy mode seems to work.
how can i resolve to use standard which is better, correct???

This is what I am getting in the Cerber dashboard with standard mode on:

ERROR: Unable to copy the file …../wp-content/plugins/wp-cerber/modules/aaa-wp-cerber.php to the folder ……/wp-content/mu-plugins

Plugin initialization mode has not been changed.
